What is your typical turnaround time?
We strive to ship in stock orders within one business day after payment has been processed.
For out of stock items, please allow 3 business days for production after payment has been processed, plus the number of shipping days you select.
NOTE: We do not produce or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. All payments must be denominated in U.S. Dollars.
Your account will be charged for the amount of sale at the time you place your order.
How do I care for my new garments?
Like all embellished garments, your items should be washed inside-out, in cold water, without bleach. This will provide
maximum durability and colorfastness. Don't tumble dry (or dry clean); instead, hang to dry. After drying, if you
must iron, iron on the reverse side only, and never over the image.
Are your shirts guaranteed?
YES ~ we offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of the products that we sell. We guarantee that all our shirts will be 100%
free from printing defects If not, you may return your order in its original condition (unworn and unwashed) for a hassle
free credit or reship.
